RED LEOPARD

I love leopard and even more if it's red, it captures the perfect rock style. I thought this dress matched with some black pumps would be the perfect outfit for a dinner. We are so lucky down here in the islands, there's nothing better than wear bare legs in february ! I'm staring at these pictures while I'm saying goodbye to my ombre hair. I think it's time for a change. Any suggestions??

Me encanta el leopardo y aún más si es rojo, captura el estilo rockero a la perfección. Pensé que el vestido combinado con unos zapatos negros serían el look perfecto para una cena. Somos unos afortunados aquí en las islas, no hay nada mejor que ir sin medias en febrero! Mientras miro estas fotos le digo adiós a mi pelo ombre. Creo que es hora de cambiar. Alguna sugerencia?

WORKING GIRL

Sometimes I like to dress up a little less casual and wear some really high high heels. This time I combined them with a blazer creating a "working girl" kind of look. Have a great weekend! 

A veces me gusta vestir un poco menos casual y ponerme unos tacones súper súper altos, esta vez los combiné con una blazer creando un look "working girl". Feliz fin de semana! 

TEA PARTY

After one month studying like crazy my friends Minerva, Andy and I decided to treat ourselves with a tea party. So yesterday we went to Petit Cafe, an adorable place in my city. We drank strawberry & Champagne tea, ate cheesecake, red velvet cupcakes and of course, talked a lot. BTW I'm planning my first DIY, it's all about black and white, and I just hope it goes well!

Después de un mes estudiando como locos mis amigos Minerva, Andy y yo decidimos regalarlos una sesión de té. Así que ayer fuimos a Petit Cafe, un sitio adorable en mi ciudad. Bebimos té de fresas y champagne, comimos cheesecake, cupcakes "Red velvet" y por supuesto, hablamos un montón. Por cierto, estoy planeando mi primer DIY, la inspiración es blanco y negro, y espero que me salga bien! 

FINALLY FREE

 Today was THE day, I finally finished all my exams and I'm super happy! Now I can dedicate myself entirely to the blog, I want to improve some aspects of the page and of course, update a lot of looks! Today's pictures belong to the last "study break". Hoy era el día, por fin he acabado todos mis examenes y soy feliz! Ahora puedo dedicarme por completo al blog, quiero mejorar algunas cosas de la página y por supuesto subir muchos looks! SILVER

Have you ever lost something you really like and then find it somewhere you never imagined ? That's exactly what happened with this sunglasses. I was so upset because they're one of my favourites, and last week I found them in a photography box at home! By the way I'm two days left to finish my exams, I can't believe they're almost over ! Today's look is very me, the bag was on sale and I felt in love. How is your week going? 

Alguna vez te ha pasado que pierdes algo que te gusta muchísimo y encontrarlo de repente en un sitio que nunca imaginaste? Eso es exactamente lo que me pasó con estas gafas. Llevaba buscándolas un tiempo y la semana pasada las encontré en una caja de fotografías en casa. Por cierto, sólo quedan dos días para acabar mis exámenes, no me puedo creer que ya casi se hayan acabado! El look de hoy es muy yo, el bolso estaba de rebajas y me enamoré. Como va vuestra semana?

NEW BABY

Some days ago the light was so beautiful that we decided to shoot on the rootfop, the view was amazing! Without a doubt the key piece in this outfit is my new Balenciaga bracelet (courtesy of Mr. L), I love it and I couldn't be happier! The rest of the look is easy and simple. That's what I like about it: the simplicity of it. Tomorrow is my second test, please send me all of your good vibes! 

Hace unos días la luz era tan bonita que decidimos hacer las fotos en el azotea, la vista era increíble! Sin duda la pieza clave del outfit es mi nuevo brazalete de Balenciaga (cortesía de Mr. L). Monday monday dear readers. Tomorrow is my first final and then I'll spend 10 days studying like crazy, and then I'll have 15 days to prepare my trip to Madrid. I'm going to spend 10 days there, I'm so excited! Guess who's the photographer today? German! I love the light in these pictures. I'm wearing black on black. Like it??

PINK NATION

Being away from the people I love is one of the hardest things of living on an island. My friend Sarah is living in Koln and I miss her so much! She came back for christmas and we spent some quality time together. In these pictures you can see an "intruder", Sarah's chihuahua, the adorable Lil Marie.

There's a funny story behind these sunglasses. A stranger gave them to me at Benicassim Music Festival (FIB). I left them in a box and I found them some days ago, 4 years later! Sunny days are the best and I decided to mix the biggest trends of this summer and winter, fluor and sneakers.

One month ago I went to Madrid and I met the wonderful Mike and Gabi, they are bloggers at "Cup of Couple" a blog where they portrait their personal life, their style and basicly everything they do. They also have another blog called "Wildpeople" and this is a street style one. I wanted to be wild since I discovered the blog and we made it real a month ago. I'm wearing my new skirt by Mentirosas and my favourite faux fur coat. Do you like the video?

HAPPY NEW LOOK

First look of the year. 2012 was a great year, my studies go well; I entered to the fashionblog world and my personal life is better than ever. My goals for 2013? Make this blog bigger and bigger, grow up as a person and the most important thing, at least for me; be able to live great experiences and of course share them with you. JUNGLE

Last week my friend Sarah (you already know her, she was the one taking pictures of me at the beginning of this blog) came back from Köln, where she lives now. We got together at her home and for the ocassion I decided to wear something bright and full of colour, that's why I chose this pant. I wanted to give it a casual vibe so I wore it with black sneakers and leather jacket. 

La semana pasada mi amiga Sarah (ya la conoceis, ella era la que me sacaba las fotos al principio del blog) volvió de Colonia. Nos reunimos en su casa y para la ocasión decidi ponerme algo con color, por eso me puse estos pantalones. Me apetecía darle un aire casual y me lo puse con mis sneakers negras y la chupa de cuero. 

THE BEAT

Months ago I got involved in a very ambicious project which has finally started today after meetings and brain stormings. What is this project about? A fashion school for kids, where they will learn everything about the fashion industry, like styling, protography and of course, blogging, which I'm the teacher for. I'll explain them how a blog can help them to express their passion and how it can become a job. Lucky me the photographer is my adored German Aleman and he promised he would take pictures of me every single day, yay! First day, first look.This is a happy version of me wearing my new babies, chained heels and blue&white&black jacket. Hope you all had a good not-end of the world day!

Hace unos meses formé parte de un proyecto muy ambicioso que ha empezado hoy después de reuniones y brainstormings. De que trata este proyecto? Es una escuela de moda para niños, en la que aprenderán todo sobre el mundo de la moda, como estilismo, fotografía y por supuesto, blogging, para el que soy la "profesora". Les explicaré como un blog puede ayudarles a expresar su pasión y cómo puede convertirse en un trabajo real. Soy una chica con suerte y el fotógrafo es mi querido Germán Aleman y me prometió que me sacaría fotos cada dia! Primer dia, primer look. Una versión feliz de mi con mis nuevas adquisiciones, estos tacones con cadenas y esta chaqueta azul&blanca&negra. Espero que hayáis tenido un buen día del no-fin del mundo!

ALL THAT GLITTERS

Christmas shopping? The perfect excuse to wear those shiny clothes I have on my wardrobe like this amazing jacket from Zara (I felt in love with it in Paris) or one of my favourites shoes, this silver studded heels, I bought them in London last christmas. I'm in love with this time of the year, and I couldn't be more excited about being reunited with my friends, like every christmas. 

Compras navideñas? La excusa perfecta para ponerme esas prendas brillantes que tengo en el armario, empezando por esta chaqueta de Zara (me enamoré de ella en Paris) y uno de mis zapatos favoritos, estos tacones plateados con tachuelas, me los compré en Londres las navidades pasadas. Me encanta esta epoca del año, y no puedo estar mas contenta por volverme a reunir con mis amigas como cada navidad. 

YELLOW BEANIE

 Who said you can't wear winter clothes when you live in a tropical island? I bought this beanie two weeks ago preparing myself for cold Madrid, and thought that I wouldn't wear it anymore, but here I go! Voilà! 19º and a perfect yellow beanie combined with a casual black skirt, this jacket that I bought four years ago and my new Melissa shoes, it's my first time wearing shoes of this brand and I'm in love! Perfect outfit for a perfect day at the movies, watching "The life of Pi". Have you seen the movie? Did you like it? Have a great weekend! 

Quien dijo que no se pueden usar prendas invernales cuando vives en una isla tropical? Me compré este gorrito hace dos semanas para mi viaje a Madrid y pensé que no lo usaría más, pero aquí me veis! 19 grados y un look con gorro amarillo combinado con una falda negra casual, esta chaqueta que compré hace cuatro años y mis zapatos nuevos de Melissa, es la primera vez que uso uno de sus zapatos y me encantan! Un outfit perfecto para un día perfecto en el cine viendo "La vida de Pi". La habéis visto? Os gustó? Que tengáis buen fin de semana! 

TARTAN

Few weeks ago I told you that I was super lucky because my mum makes my dreams come true and my designs a reality. And this is our masterpiece, is the second dress we designed and we are already making another one for someone else (Jael, you'll have it with you soon!). Everyone who knows me is aware about  my obsession with this kind of dresses. I chose this fabric because ever since the season started I'm hunged up Tartan. So far I have it in pijamas, tights, dresses... I hope you love it as much as I do. 

Hace unas semanas os dije la suerte que tenía porque mi madrehace mis sueños realidad y mis diseños una realidad. Y esta es nuestra obra maestra, el segundo vestido que diseñamos y ya estamos haciendo otro para alguien (Jael, pronto lo tienes contigo!). Todos los que me conocen saben que este tipo de vestidos son mi obsesión. Elegí esta tela porque desde que empezó la temporada me encantó, lo tengo en pijamas, medias, vestidos... Espero que os guste tanto como a mi!

RED VELVET

 I have literally 5 minutes to write this post, today is a busy monday! Today's pictures were taken last saturday while I was having a lovely walk, there's nothing I like most than a relaxing weekend. Tengo literalmente cinco minutos para escribir este post, hoy es un lunes muy ajetreado! Las fotos de hoy las sacamos el sábado mientras daba un paseo, no hay nada que me guste más que un fin de semana relajante. La camiseta es una de las compras que hice en mi viaje a Madrid, me encanta! En mis labios? Terciopelo rojo (Ruby Woo - Mac), en mis pies? Leopardo verde. MATCHING

Some days I wake up with no inspiration and create a special look becomes a really difficult task, that's why I have what I call "The saviors", those accessories that make the look. For example, today's look; a basic black one. I decided to make it special with this matching booties and bag. What do you say, do you have tricks like this? 

Algunos días me levanto sin inspiración y crear un look diferente se convierte en tarea difícil, por eso tengo lo que yo llamo "los salvadores", y son nada más y nada menos que esos complementos que completan el look. Por ejemplo, el de hoy, un total black básico. Decidí hacerlo especial con estas botas y bolso a juego. Que decís, tenéis algun truco de este tipo?

AIRPORT LOOK

After some days in Madrid I'm finally back! I spent four amazing days, meeting new people, spending time with those that I love and of course, shooting some looks. It's always amazing when I go back to that city. There are a some things that I'm not able to show you yet,  in the meantime, here you have my first "airport look" ever. Tomorrow's post is going to be so special, stay tuned!

Después de unos días en Madrid, por fin estoy de vuelta! He pasado cuatro días increíbles, conociendo a gente, compartiendo tiempo con las personas a las que mas quiero y por supuesto, sacando fotos. Es siempre genial cuando vuelvo a esa ciudad. Hay algunas cosas que aún no os puedo enseñar, mientras, os dejo mi primer look de aeropuerto. El post de mañana va a ser muy special, estad atentos!

COLORFUL

I started to fanzy this kind of jewelry months ago, but I've been having the same problem over again: they're so flashy I couldn't find a way to wear them. Finally I said to myself: "Keep it simple". So, I combined them with a blazer+jeans look. This way, the earrings are the key piece together with the bag. They key piece are the earrings matching with the bag. I'm just 2 days away to be off to Madrid and my home is a mess. Clothes and books everywhere; I have a final exam tomorrow and also have to pack. 

Me empezaron a gustar este tipo de joyas hace meses, pero siempre tenia el mismo problema, son tan llamativos que nunca sabia con que ponermelos. Al final pense que lo mejor era un look simple. Asi que me los puse con un basico jeans+blazer. Son la pieza clave del look junto con el bolso. Me quedan dos días para irme a Madrid y mi casa es un caos, tengo ropa y libros por todos lados. Tengo un final mañana y además hacer la maleta.
