BLACK IS THE NEW BLACK

Me encantan las chaquetas tipo biker, son mis favoritas. Y como mi madre cada vez cose mejor hemos decidido crear nuestra propia biker. Llevamos buscando telas un tiempo y este es uno de los looks que lleve esta semana para una de esas búsquedas. Como me dijo un amigo hace poco "el negro es el nuevo negro". No hay un color que favorezca más a una mujer, por eso es el único protagonista de mi look. Ya viernes, feliz fin de semana!

I love a good biker jacket, it's my favorite type of jacket and since my mum sewing skills are getting better I thought about creating our very own biker. We have been looking for the right fabric for a long time and this is the look I wore for one of those fabric hunting this week. As a friend said to me once: “Black is the new black”. There is no other color that fits a woman than black, that’s why it's the main character in this look. Happy weekend you all!

PRIMAVERA CON ESPEJOS AZULES

Buenos días desde un precioso y soleado Madrid! Después de estar casi dos días currando como una loca, por fin saco un poco de tiempo para escribiros! El look de hoy es una de mis combinaciones favoritas con un punto masculino pero sofisticado. Boyfriend jeans + blazer + camiseta; fácil, cómodo y un toque sexy. Tengo que volver al trabajo, nos vemos mañana!

Hello from sunny Madrid! After almost two days working like crazy I finally got some time for you! Today's look is one of my favorites combinations ever, it's a little bit masculine but very sofisticated at the same time. Boyfriend jeans + blazer + tank top, easy, comfy and kinda sexy. I have to get back to work, see you tomorrow!

NIGHTLIFE

Sometimes is hard to wear day clothes at nightime. That's what happened to me last Saturday. I was going to a party with my friend Sarah and I wanted to wear something cool but comfy as well... Didn't know what to wear and next thing I know: my room is full of clothes and I end up with most simple and comfortable look ever: black skirt, tights, boots, and croptop (which gives the perfect touch). To spice up the look a little bit I put all the effort on my hair and make up, with big curls and pink lips.

A veces es complicado usar las prendas del día a día para eventos nocturnos. Y eso fue exactamente lo que me pasó el sábado pasado. Iba a una fiesta con mi amiga Sarah y me apetecía ponerme algo con rollo pero cómodo. No tenía ni idea de que ponerme y la siguiente escena es: mi cuarto lleno de ropa y al final acabé con el look más simple del mundo, pero comodísimo! Todo al negro, medias, falda, botas y croptop (que le da el punto guay al outfit). Para darle un toque especial puse toda la atención en el pelo y el maquillaje, con unas ondas y labios rosas. 

BACK TO LIFE

I'm starting to like Mondays, don't know why. I guess is that feeling of waking up to life after the weekend. Last one, by the way, has been very funny. Starting on friday with Efecto Pasillo concert, for what I chose what I call "Concert ouftit". Nothing better to rock a concert than a pair of skinny jeans, a lot of black and some pop of red. Very simple but chic. Have a good day! 

Me están empezando a gustar los lunes, no se porqué. Supongo que es por esa sensación de volver a la vida normal después del fin de semana. Este, por cierto, ha sido uno muy divertido. Empezando el viernes con el concierto de Efecto Pasillo, para el que elegí un look muy "concierto". Nada mejor para bailar, moverse y divertirse que unos pitillos, mucho negro y algún toque de rojo. Simple y chic. Tened un buen día!

IN WHITE AND BLUE

First monday of 2014 and I have a lot of things to do. In just 17 days I'll finish my tests. And in less than a month I'll be ready to enjoy Fashion Week in Madrid. Last time I visited the city was almost four months ago, and gosh, I miss it like crazy! I'm so excited to be back to that city that stole my heart once and keep doing it every time I go. It's going to be a crazy month, but I guess you know how much I like being busy! It's like the more I do, the more energy I have! Ok, let's talk fashion now.

I have to be honest, I'm not the kind of girl that wears high heels on a regular day, I'm more comfy but in fashion (always) kind of girl. For one of those crazy days nothing better than a flat studded booties. The outfit is all about black with some blue and white here and there (well, on the jacket). I wanted to give all the attention to the jacket and I think it worked!

Primer lunes de 2014, y aunque sea el día de Reyes, lo empiezo con muchísimas cosas que hacer. En sólo 17 días acabo mis exámenes. Y en menos de un mes estaré en Madrid disfrutando de Fashion Week. La última vez que estuve allí fue hace cuatro meses y cómo lo echo de menos! Tengo muchísimas ganas de volver a esa ciudad que me robó el corazón una vez y que lo sigue haciendo cada vez que voy! Va a ser un mes súper loco, pero supongo que ya sabéis que me encanta estar ocupada! Cuanto más hago más energía tengo!

Hablemos del look. Tengo que ser honesta, no soy la típica chica que va en tacones en el día a día. Soy más de las que va en planos y cómoda pero con algunos detalles que hacen que el look funcione. Para uno de esos días locos en los que no pisas tu casa en todo el día nada mejor que unas botas planas, y si tienen tachuelas, mejor! El outfit está protagonizado por el negro con algunos toques de blanco y azul en la chaqueta, quería darle el protagonismo y creo que funcionó. Tened unos felices reyes!!

TWO - SIDED SCARF

Hello Monday! I'm starting this week very tired, I spent the weekend working and now back to business! But, let's put a good face to this new week and make the best of it! As I told, you the days are getting colder and I can finally wear some wintery clothes. This scarf is one of that pieces, I'm absolutely in love with it. It's so comfy, warm and stylish, and it can be worn as a scarf, a blanket or even a jacket. It's by far the it-piece of the season. A very rockchic outfit to start the week!

Buenos días de lunes! Esta semana la empiezo un poco cansada, me he pasado todo el fin de semana currando y hoy vueeelta al trabajo! Pero bueno, pongámosle buena cara al lunes y a tener un buen día! Como ya les dije, el frío empieza a llegar a la ciudad y por fin me puedo poner algunas cosas de invierno. Esta bufanda es una de esas piezas. Me encanta, es súper cómoda, calentita y además muy cool. Un look rockchic para empezar la semana!

FLOWERS ALL OVER

Another monday, another week, another outfit inspiration! Today is all about this printed dress, very girly with all the flowers but matched with hard and rock accessories, the boots, the leather jacket, the studs... I decided to try something new with the hair and I ended up with this two braids, very "Wednesday" in the Addams Family. What are your opinions?? Big kiss!

Otro lunes, otra semana y otra outfit para daros ideas! Hoy la pieza clave es este vestido de flores, un poco girly con tantas flores, pero combinado con accesorios mas rockeros tiene otro aire, a que si? Con el pelo decidí hacer algo diferente y acabé con estas dos trenzas, un poco Miércoles, de la familia Adams. Os gusta el resultado?? Un beso enorme !

PACKING

In this exact moment my house is a huge mess. I'm packing for my almost one month trip and this is very difficult, but I'm super excited! I can't wait to start the adventure! The best thing about summer are those summer nights where the only thing to do is having fun. For one of those nights I decided to wear this ZARA shirt, I love the design and how it moves. I'm going back to my suitcase (or must I say suitcases?). Have a great day!

Mi casa es un desastre ahora mismo, estoy haciendo la maleta para casi un mes de viaje y es bastaaante difícil, pero estoy encantada! Estoy deseando comenzar esta aventura! Lo mejor del verano son sus noches, en las que lo único que me preocupa es pasarlo bien. Para una de esas noches me puse esta camisa de ZARA, me encanta el movimiento que tiene. Vuelvo a mi maleta (o debería decir maletas?). Tened un buen día! 

GCMC BACKSTAGE

Lucky me this year I was not only at the fashion shows at Gran Canaria Moda Calida, I also made it to backstage and didn't missed the opportunity to shoot some pictures. Backstage is the best part of a fashion show, it's where all the magic happens in a crazy enviroment. The main idea when I created Cecilleforthekill was to show you what you can't see, the things that happen on the other side of the wall.  I hope you can feel the magic and like them as much as I do.

Este año no sólo asistí a los desfiles de Moda Cálida, sino que además pude estar en el backstage y no perdí la oportunidad de sacar algunas fotos. Lo que pasa en el backstage es lo mejor de un desfile, es donde sucede toda la magia en un ambiente super loco, todo pasa muy rápido! Mi intención cuando creé Cecilleforthekill era enseñaros todo eso que no se ve, todo lo que pasa al otro lado. Espero que con estas fotos podáis sentir un poquito la magia y que os gusten tanto como a mi.

H&M LOOK 3: ALL NIGHT LONG

Sunday sunday! Today is turn of my last and favourite outfit with H&M summer pieces. This look has all I need to rock all night long, black and white leopard shorts, red lips and wavy hair. Buenos días! Hoy es el turno de mi último look, y el favorito, con la colección de verano de H&M. Este outfit tiene todo lo que necesito para disfrutar toda la noche, shorts con print de leopardo en blanco y negro, labios rojos y estas ondas que me recuerdan a los años cincuenta. Es perfecto para ir a una fiesta o a cenar. Me encantan este tipo de looks! Disfrutar mucho del domingo! SUMMER DAYS

These kind of looks are my favourite ones. Being comfortable is so important in order to exploit the day to the fullest. And that's what I do everyday, going to the university, blogging and then back to the books. Another thing that I love? Wearing total black even when the sun is shining. The best part of this look is my new orange bag, for sure. We are super close to the weekend, yay!

Este tipo de looks son mis favoritos. Estar cómoda es súper importante para poder aprovechar el día al máximo. Y eso es lo que hago cada día, ir a la universidad, postear en el blog y vuelta a los libros. Otra cosa que me encanta? Ir vestida entera de negro, incluso cuando hace sol. Lo mejor del look sin duda es mi nuevo bolso naranja. Estamos muy cerquita del fin de semana, viva!

CHECKMATE

Having a special lunch is the perfect excuse to use all the new clothes I've been waiting weeks to wear. We were so lucky and found this location that matches my outfit perfectly. Black & white is becoming my favourite trend this season, I bet you already noticed it! This look is very special because the white skirt is my second design. Is so cool to wear something that is unique and very "you". Do you like it?? Have a great saturday!

Tener una comida especial es la excusa perfecta para usar todas las cosas que tenía por casa sin estrenar. Tuvimos muchísima suerte y encontramos esta localización que quedó perfecta con mi outfit! Sin duda la combinación blanco y negro se está convirtiendo en mi tendencia favorita esta temporada. Me apuesto lo que sea a que ya os habéis dado cuenta! Este look es muy especial porque la falda blanca es mi segundo diseño. Es genial llevar algo que es único y muy "tu". Os gusta? Tened un buen sábado! 

WICKED QUEEN

Here you have the second part of my collaboration with Rabaneda. This look is the opposite of the first one (click here if you haven't seen it yet). I love wearing bright colors but everybody knows that I love black above every other color, so this time I wanted to do a "black on black" look. I wish you could feel the texture of the fabric, it's so rich and it has a lot of beauty that can't be noticed in pictures. What you do can see is the beautiful back of the dress, isn't it stunning? I wish you like the pictures !

Aquí tenéis la segunda entrega de mi colaboración con Rabaneda. Este look es lo opuesto al primero (haz click aquí si aún no lo has visto). Me gusta mucho vestir con colores claros y alegres, pero todo el mundo sabe que el negro es mi color por excelencia, así que esta vez decidí hacer un look "negro sobre negro". Me encantaría que pudieseis sentir la textura de la tela, es súper rica y tiene una belleza que no es capaz de apreciar en fotos. Pero lo que si podeis ver es la espalda del vestido, no es alucinante? Espero que os gusten las fotos! 

MATCHING

Some days I wake up with no inspiration and create a special look becomes a really difficult task, that's why I have what I call "The saviors", those accessories that make the look. For example, today's look; a basic black one. I decided to make it special with this matching booties and bag. What do you say, do you have tricks like this? 

Algunos días me levanto sin inspiración y crear un look diferente se convierte en tarea difícil, por eso tengo lo que yo llamo "los salvadores", y son nada más y nada menos que esos complementos que completan el look. Por ejemplo, el de hoy, un total black básico. Decidí hacerlo especial con estas botas y bolso a juego. Que decís, tenéis algun truco de este tipo?

COSMIC LOVE

Mis domingos preferidos son esos en los que el relax se apodera de mi y lo único que hago es pasear, ir al cine o simplemente tomar un té. La semana pasada fue un caos, como ya os he contado alguna vez estoy preparándome los exámenes finales y me paso los días en la biblioteca! Pero me las arreglé para hacer un photoshoot con Germán Alemán y para editar un vídeo, es el primero y estoy muy contenta! Os lo enseñare todo estos días. En las fotos llevo el look más cómodo del mundo, con jeans, botas, camiseta y mi chaqueta nueva, la adoro!

My favourite sundays are those where all you do is go for a walk, going to the cinema or just having a cup of tea. Last week was crazy, I've been preparing for finals and  I've spent hours studying, but I managed to slip a phososhoot and also some video editing,my very first video which I'm very proud of. I'll post it someday soon!
